Tomb Raider: Sacred Artifacts – Lara Croft Begins a New Comic Adventure with Dark Horse
![]()
Lara Croft returns in Tomb Raider: Sacred Artifacts, a new four-issue comic adventure from Dark Horse Books, written by Casey Gilly and featuring art by Antonio Di Caprio.
Lara Croft is back, and her next adventure begins with a devastating event close to home. Dark Horse Books has released Tomb Raider: Sacred Artifacts, a new comic collection following the legendary archaeologist after the events of Tomb Raider: Underworld. Collecting issues #1–#4, the 96-page English-language book takes Lara into a new chapter of her life, one filled with ancient artifacts, dangerous mysteries and another globe spanning quest.

When Croft Manor goes up in flames, Lara is forced to take a step back and reconsider what truly matters to her. But there is little time for reflection. A mysterious foe has acquired a dangerous and familiar artifact, setting Lara on a journey across continents as she returns to what she does best i.e. raiding tombs and pursuing legendary relics.

Tomb Raider: Sacred Artifacts combines the familiar ingredients of a Lara Croft adventure, archaeology, ancient secrets, deadly threats and exotic locations with a more personal story. The destruction of Croft Manor gives Lara a reason to reassess her life, while the mysterious artifact pulls her straight back into the world of danger and discovery.
